These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StreamHouse (the "Site"), reachable at freestreamingsports.online and its associated domains. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

StreamHouse is an index and player interface for live sports schedules, scores, and links to streams, video, and media hosted by unaffiliated third parties. We do not upload, store, or host video files or live stream encodes on our own infrastructure. Playback happens by connecting your browser to third-party servers we do not control or operate.

2. No ownership of third-party content

We do not claim ownership of, and are not responsible for, any streams, video, images, team names, league branding, or other third-party content that appears on or is linked from the Site. All trademarks, service marks, and copyrighted material referenced belong to their respective owners. See our DMCA Policy for how to report infringing links.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law;
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site at a rate that degrades service for other users;
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features, rate limiting, or access controls;
• Redistribute, resell, rebroadcast, or publicly re-host any stream, link, or content obtained through the Site;
• Upload or transmit any virus, malware, or harmful code through any contact form or interactive feature.

4. Age requirement

The Site displays third-party advertising and is not directed at children. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site, and if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

5. Advertising and third-party links

The Site is supported by advertising served by third-party ad networks, which may set their own cookies or use their own tracking technologies subject to their own privacy practices. The Site and all content, links, and streams accessible through it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to availability, uptime, stream quality, accuracy of schedules or scores, or fitness for a particular purpose. Third-party streams may be interrupted, removed, or become unavailable at any time without notice, and we make no guarantee of continued access to any specific match, source, or piece of content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamHouse and its operator(s) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any third-party content, stream, or link accessed through it — including damages arising from content hosted by third parties that we do not control.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StreamHouse and its operator(s) from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

9. Termination and access

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we believe is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Site itself.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
